Krav til en gyldig dansk faktura
Ifølge momsloven skal en dansk faktura altid indeholde:
- Fakturadato og fortløbende fakturanummer.
- Sælgers navn, adresse og CVR-nummer.
- Købers navn og adresse.
- Mængde og art af de leverede varer eller ydelser.
- Momsgrundlag, gældende momssats (25%) og det samlede momsbeløb.
- Betalingsbetingelser og bankoplysninger (Reg. og kontonummer).
