Requisitos legales para emitir facturas válidas
Para que una factura sea válida ante la Agencia Tributaria (España) y administraciones fiscales de habla hispana, debe incluir:
- Número y serie de factura correlativa.
- Fecha de expedición y fecha de realización de las operaciones.
- Nombre y apellidos o razón social, domicilio fiscal y NIF/CIF del emisor y receptor.
- Descripción detallada de las operaciones y precio unitario sin impuestos.
- Tipo impositivo de IVA aplicado (21%, 10%, 4%) y cuota repercutida.
- Importe total a pagar y datos bancarios (IBAN / Cuenta).
